This largely depends on what I think of villain to begin with. That's why my raising range from SB will be either much tighter or much wider.
Say he's an unknown I would probably open all hands I would open from CO.
On flop the range is still pretty much the same as I am bound to fire a CB SB vs BB.
Turn is where it gets interesting imo. I think his CR range is something like: AA, KK, QQ, JJ, TT, 99, 77, A2s+, KTs+, JTs+, 65s, AQo, KTo+, QTo, JTo all of them containing a club.
As for pure bluffs, I don't think SB has any here.
As for the river, all of the above mentioned gets shoved on the river after a turn CR as it is much more profitable because there is still some fold equity and BB showed that he is not willing to stack off on the turn which means he is less likely to have a hand that can really take the heat unless it's a flopped flush or a set imo.
