I don't consider myself much of a NL player, but I decided to sit down and try the $25 table at PP. I did well, made about 60 bucks in the first two hours of play. Then I had this hand happen, and I wanna know if I played it right.
I had red kings, there's a raise to a buck in front of me, a couple callers, and I pop it to 4. Three callers. Flop comes out KQT, all clubs. It gets checked to me, and I bet the pot, about 12 bucks. Only get one caller. Turn is a blank, and I bet 30 bucks at it. He calls. River is the 3 of clubs. The whole time I was pretty sure he was sitting on the A, and got lucky. So I check it to him, he bets his remaining 3 bucks, and I call. I know I'm beat, but what's three bucks to win a $110 pot?
